The Path to Accreditation
To become a member you must:
To become a member you must:
- Be invited to join by your Porter’s Paints or Dulux Sales Representative
- Have completed the Porter’s Professional Skills two day training course.
At the conclusion of the course you will be given an Applicator’s Guild Agreement (including Terms and Conditions) to read and sign, and asked to:
- Complete three projects using a Porter’s product to hone your application skills, and have the quality of your workmanship inspected to show competency and ensure you meet the standards expected of a Guild Member.
- Hold a current policy pertaining to Public Liability Insurance and provide proof of such (AU minimum $5,000,000 and NZ minimum $1,500,000).
- Hold a 30 day Dulux Group account, kept to terms at all times, with annual purchase of $2,000.00 of Porter’s products.
- Read and sign the Charter of Values document.
