A tough water-based bridging primer and all-metal primer.
A water-based primer for use over oil-based (enamel) paints when changing to a water-based (acrylic) top coat system. Excellent as a general purpose all-metal primer, particularly suitable for use over galvanised iron. Self levelling for a smoother finish, so choose this for use under Porter's Aqua Enamels, Duchess Satin and Liquid Gold.
